Has anyone had trouble getting increases on this card. I got two increases every three months when I first got the card, then nothing. What are some factors they look at? Any ideas? I love the store cause it caries the clothes my son likes.

Same happened with me I went from $400 to $1900 in about 1 year, haven't had an increase in 1yr. called CS and they couldn't tell me why I don't get CL increases I only have a $500 balance so I don't know what their problem is. I just say no CL no more buying at Dillards. I will pay Cash if I buy there at all.

I feel a tiny bit better hearing it wasn't just me. Thye have a great travel club and am thinking booking a trip to Vegas, but not if they are not going to raise my limit. Do they do manual increases, I wonder? It's a decent card, but gosh, a limit increase would be nice.

I opened my account with DILLARDS in 10/01. I started at $800.00

4 months later I called Dillards automated account information number and requested an increase that way..

    limit went from $800-$2000

last week 9/02 -did the automated again..

    limit went from $2000- $3000

word of warning. when I requested the increase in 3/02-it generated a hard inquiry on equifax..

no inquiry for the increase 9/02 though...

    hope this helps

Well, I just tried the planet feedback route. So we will see what happens. I just really love that store, but they keep treating like a step-child.

Your received no response from them concering planet feedback? I think all Dillard's card holders should planetfeedback them and let our voice be heard.
