I am going to apply for a dicover platinum card to do a BT with 0APR. On the website of Discover, they don't mention the BT fee but cash advance transaction fee. With this link (https://secure.novuslink.net/Default.aspx?cid=19050), it is clearly stated that no fee on balance transfer. But I keep reading on this forum that someone talking about how to get an offer without BT fee from discover, or you will be hit by a 3% transaction fee.
Could anyone confirm if I can get a no BT fee offer just applying via discover website or the link above-mentioned? Thanks

    I DON'T ACCEPT A FEE...it is NEGOTIABLE...

IT IS JUST LIKE THE INTEREST RATE!!!

I was paying off everything 9.99% and above...SO IT WOULD BE STUPID TO TAKE 9.99%

NOW everything above 5.90% is PAID...so now I am paying off DISCOVERCARD (5.90% BT)...if they want more business...THEY WILL HAVE TO DROP BELOW 4.90% BECAUSE AFTER DISCOVERCARD...THE NEXT ONE IN LINE IS 4.90% TO BE PAID IN FULL...

BUT ON THE UP-SIDE...THE 0.00% IS VERY GOOD

BUT DON'T DO IT IF THE 3% HAS NO MAX!!!
