    Lordy, lordy... my husbands credit report is a mess. he has a recent charge-off account on his report (actually we have been sending payments to the cc not realizing until we received his credit report that it was charged-off- he fell behind last summer due to job loss and they didn't hesitate to charge-off I guess)... what is the best way to dispute recent charge-offs?

    I am so glad you asked this question. I am also dealing with a charge-off that is less than a year old. I hope someone has some ideas!!
