Hi, Last month i sent a letter to a CA for DV its been over a month and still no response. I sent another letter this month and they still haven't replied with what I ask for yet. Im curious what should be my next step in getting this particula item removed from my credit report.

Dispute the item with the CRAs as "not mine". Don't contact the CA anymore.

Ok will do!! So what do I do with the little green cards? Keep them for a later date or send them with my dispute letter

Go online to dispute the account as "not mine". And then follow up with a letter to the CRA - CMRRR - so you have proof that they received your sispute in writing.
I'm just kidding about the following:
Give the other little green cards to illegal aliens.
