I sent this e-mail to CSC after 15 90+ Day Lates were added to account that I disputed:
I have received the results of the investigation I requested from CSC. My CSC/Equifax results state "CSC VERIFIED THAT THIS ITEM BELONGS TO YOU", and added 15 90+ days lates to my "Prior Paying History" to what was being reported prior to my dispute. My current Equifax report shows 1 30 day late, 1 60 day late, and 19 90+ days late. This information is inaccurate and in the section of the report where these actual dates should be reported it only shows "1 Unknown Date" for 30 days late, "1 Unknown Date" for 60 days late, and "19 Unknown Dates" for 90+ days late. If these dates are "unknown" then this is a violation of the FCRA which requires that all information is 100% accurate. Again, you are bound by the FCRA to report 100% accurate information. Not only is this information inaccurate due to the fact that these dates are reported as "unknown", I again state that I have never had an account with your company. Either BANKFIRST or EQUIFAX/CSC is purposely and knowingly reporting inaccurate information on my report in direct violation of my rights afforded me by the Federal Credit Reporting Act as well as my right to Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. Your help in resolving this matter has been and will be greatly appreciated. Thank-You.
Here is the e-mail response I received:

Your request has been forwarded to me for handling. I have requested the backup on this dispute and will get back with you as soon as I can review the information. This will probably take several days as our storage is off site.
Offsite storage? I just received these results 7/17/02. What would they be storing off site? Sounds like bull to me so they can buy some time. At least I did get a response. I look forward to what they have to say.
