easy unsecured cards

I just applied for and received an unsecured Household credit card. Not a very good limit ($300) but with my current credit situation, I was happy to get an unsecured card and another positive tradeline on my report. Are there any other sub-prime unsecured cards that I should look into? I already have a Cap 1 secured and they recently denied me when I applied for a second card.

    Thank you :)

    Hi,

If you would, share what your scores were when applying for this card. I could use one more card, however my scores are only in the 596-614 range (not bad considering a 515 two weeks ago!) Thanks for the help!

Try Household's Orchard card, we applied for Household and Orchard at the same time and was approved for both about a month after BK7 discharge. Both same sad limit as yours but it's a start. Good luck! You can do it online. www.orchardbank.com

We received our Household card right after our BK7 discharge I'm not too sure what the score was then (4 mos. ago) but right now our scores are still lower than yours, so I'm sure you have a good chance.

    Good luck!

I looked into the Orchard Bank card and the FAQs stated that you could only have one Household-issued card at a time. Is this true?

We have both and they are both under just my husband's name, they are aware that we have two when I call and talk to them??? Do I don't know about the only having one card.

I'm also looking for some easy-to-get unsecured cards, to establish credit history, since I don't have any ... I'm so sad because of that
