Here's the link to the ecount prepaid MC.

It's not as cool-looking as the Liquid Card, but most of the fees are lower:

    FEE................ecount....Liquid
    setup............$29.00 69.95
    monthly
    maint.............5.95 6.95
    ATM...............1.50 1.50
    overlimit........15.00 25.00
    dormancy........3.00 0.00

One thing to keep in mind about this and other prepaid cards, though (from ecount's Terms and Conditions):

C/Base [the company who puts out the ecount card] is Not a Bank and Your ecount(tm) is Not Insured
You acknowledge and agree that C/Base is not a bank and that your ecount(tm) balance is
not a deposit, does not bear interest and is not insured by the FDIC or any other
    government agency.

...and here's something else that just didn't make sense:

You agree not to use your ecount(tm) for the purpose of avoiding fees associated with
credit card cash advances, and agree not to assist other Customers who engage in
behavior that could reasonably be construed as seeking to avoid such fees. Such behavior
includes, but is not limited to, adding funds to your ecount(tm) and shortly thereafter
requesting a redemption or an ATM transaction in the same amount.

They only charge if you go via a 3rd party provider.

If you go via www.ecount.com you can still get the P2P payment account for free and than order the card for 6.95!

It offers than payroll deposit, loading via bank/creditcard and ACH (ACH only after you verfied your account via fax with a check copy).

And beside an ATM charge their are no fees for using it beside loading via bank/creditcard (2$).

So if you use some 3rd party you pay fees en masse but if you use it directly it's nearly free.

I have one and I am happy with it and their great customer service.
