    hopefully they are not routinely removing the random hard inquiry remover!

    Yeah, I got that too George. Seems completely random, but typically the report is available the next time I look, unless I'm online and checking every hour :eek:)

    Tried last night and tried again this morning same exact response

    I had that for a day and a half last week. It means your local database is down for the count. Since mine went down only 1 hard has been bumped. IT is now bumping older eq disclosures instead of just hard but it is skipping the ARs, PMRs,IDs,ect.

    I tried the system at 6:30 this morning and everything went through fine.

    You can't get a report for either of you? I would definitely contact them. You paid for a service, you deserve for it to work.
