When I first disputed my online Equifax derogs it of course took it out of the scoring and reports while they were in dispute. A couple of them came back verified. I am disputing them again, but this time noticed that it has not affected the score and it looks like they are appearing on bureaus pulled while they are in dispute for this second time. I guess my question is, does the score only go up and the disputed item taken off the report int he FIRST dispute, or should it carry over to the second and third disputes?
I sent my first round of disputes a couple of weeks ago for both my husband and myself. I did not notice a score increase, and all the disputed items were and are still showing. NuB
