Called them the other day to inquire why my online report showed no inquiries when my 4th score reason code was "excessive number of credit inquiries".

In response, they've sent me an e-mail saying there's a new version of my credit report availale online. It's new alright, but...

You guessed it. No inquiries.

Had the same problem. I called them and they said oh, you can't get your scorepower--you have a dispute going on. THAT'S what the problem is. Well, I've gotten it several times before--
To solve the issue they're sending me a Free *gasp credit report in the mail--said the inquiries would be on it.
