Thread: EX, EQ 2nd round results..YES!!!!

Well, I just thought I would give everyone an update of my situation.

I started off with this:

EQ:
Cap 1 - 3 lates
Discover - 1 late
SM - 3 different TL same acct. each with 1 late
LB - 2 30 day and 1 60 day late
Macys - 1 late

EX:
Cap 1 - 3 lates
Discover - 1 late
SM - 1 late
LB - 2 30 day late 1 60 day late
Macy's - 1 late

TU:
Cap 1 - 3 lates
Discover - 1 late
SM - 1 late
LB - 2 30 day late 1 60 day late
Macy's - 1 late

This is what I have left after my second round of disputes and a few GW letters:

EQ:
Discover - 1 late
Collection(new) - $1700

EX:
Discover - 1 Late
LB - 3 lates (never re-investigated, going to get them for that one)

TU:
LB - 3 lates
Collection(new) - $1700
Discover - 1 late(still in dispute)

I had the best success with my second round of disputes. I am currently awaiting my procedure response. At that point I will send the third and hopefully the final knock-out letter. As far as the collection, I have a great friend to thank for that one. The CA has already called me 3 times since they received the validation letter(3 violations).

It takes time but you can get to where your going. Sometimes there are set backs in your chosen path, how you get around them is up to you.
