Are we sure how that works? What I mean is...are we sure that they actually received verification on those days or is it possible they just updated on those days? I have no clue...lol. L
Has anyone heard a CRA telling you on the phone that something has been deleted and then seeing it on the report the send you after the "investiwasteoftheirtime" has been "completelylied about" TU told me today that they received two deletions from my "inquisition" and send they would delete. I am waiting for the paper to see and believe. This is my first time disputing so please bear with me.
I was checking on the status of my disputes. The cust. service rep said oh yes we have heard from blah blah blah and they verified this and that. But blah blah said to delete this and that. I am wondering if when the report updates this will be true.
I dunno, I have never called to check on a dispute. Maybe someone that has will post their experience.
If that's what they told, then most likely that is what the results are. I was never lied to when I called for results. calm down a little. LOL

Usually, they wait for the outcome of all the disputes to post to your file. I have been able to convince EX and EQ to update in advance of tevery item disputed being resolved, but TU will not. I am certain that this is a violation of FCRA (see my posts re: this from a few days back) as they are required to provide current status of "Each Item" but TU doesn't seem to care. They don't show that items are in dispute either, which is a clear violation. THough one rep there told me that when a third party (eg not you) pulls the report, the disputed items do not appear.
