So I had requested for validation to a CA and didn't received any. I escalated four times to Experian and every time they come back stating that they are doing research and give me the repetitive respond that they research the information that it belongs to me, but the CA failed to validate it. I opened a case with CFPB and yet another research and the same respond still ignoring that I have provided tracking information copies of validation request and didn't receive any.

I think it's time now to fight this in court for violation to the FCRA. I've been told to take them to small claims court, but there I would have to file against monetary reasons and this is a credit reason. I just want this out of my credit. How and where can I file suit against Experience without hiring a lawyer?

Is it possible if I could do it myself. I have all form of proofs and tracking information.

    Who is the CA?

The CFPB is usually good at getting results. What exactly are their findings? It's hard to believe (and I am not claiming you are lying) that when presented with evidence that you have sent multiple tracked DV letters to the CA and have received nothing back, that the investigation simply was closed with no resolution.

If you have all forms of proof and tracking information, take it to the authority and with their help take out your information.

Authorities don't do anything. It is up to the consumer to litigate. In most cases, it takes thousands of complaints before there is administrative enforcement activity. Otherwise, the most they'll do is forward the letter on, with a slightly stronger letter on top of it that says, you be a good boy or girl, make this customer happy, or we'll have to huff and puff, and blow your doors down...
