    Whats the best way do get them removed????

    Whats Inquiries shared with others and shared only with you!!

    Shared only with you - just what it says. Only you can see them. They are generally review inquiries by current creditors, promotional inquiries, etc. They do not affect your score.

    What about inquiries from a CA when there are no collections on the persons report? How can they have permissable purpose? Can Experian be compelled to remove inquiries in this situation? If so, how?

    Sure, sue them. Good luck proving up damages for inquiries alone. Not saying it's impossible rather, unlikely.

    It's an FCRA violation that they fail to re-investigate them but, absent fraud or an allegation of such, they just won't.

    Read the FCRA regarding permissible purposes. A debt collector doesn't have to have an account tradeline present to access your reports.
