    Hello all,

I have not been on creditnet in a few years. But, I'am back because I have problem with Experian. I have disputed 4 accounts with them. The first time I disputed these accounts, Experian never had them verified. So, I disputed again. then they came back and said that they already disputed them and they won't dispute them again. So, I wrote them a letter telling them that they we're never verified so they need to be removed. They are refusing to investigate them again, and in the mean time they still have a notation on each entry as "in dispute" but won't investigate them anymore. They are not saying that it is a frivilous dispute. They are just saying they had done it already and won't continue to do it again. Does anyone have any advice what my next step would with them. I'm uncertian what I should do next.

Have you threaten to sue?You may have to if they want MOV your account.

Welcome back Kathy! What documentation do you have of your previous disputes? Also, if they claim they already completed their investigation, then demand that they provide a copy of their response to your dispute. If they can't produce one, then obviously something's fallen through the cracks and they need to get their act together.
