When I threatened to sue and in the same letter stated that the CAs have not been able to prove an acct belonged to me, they put a "fraud alert" on my CR. When there is a fraud alert, you cannot see it online anymore. I called EX and told them to remove, which they did..... eventually.
Back to the drawing board! :(
