Well, I'm in the process of refinancing my house for a lower rate and probably some cash out. I got the scores from the credit report the mortgage broker pulled and compared them to my scores from PrivacyGuard. Here we go:

    Equifax
    Mortgage report 709
    PG before mortgage pull 712
    PG after mortgage pull 710

So that one is pretty close.

    TransUnion
    Mortgage report 692
    PG before mortgage pull 718
    PG after mortgage pull 715

    Experian
    Mortgage report 689
    PG before mortgage pull 712
    PG after mortgage pull 710

Only Equifax is really close. Also, I found it interesting that the inquiry cost me 2 points on Equifax and Experian but 3 points on TU.

Just my observations. In my case my PG scores were higher, although some people have found them to be lower.

I'll throw my info in. The only one I know for sure is Transunion.

Pulled straight from TU website - 649
    PG - 593

I am hoping that my other scores are higher in reality than on PG too, since all 3 CBs have similar info and similar PG scores.
