I've got a "sort of" secured card from them...does anyone else have any experience with this card and know if there is a web-site for it, or even a customer service number. There isn't one on the back of the card. Thanks!!!
I have the card. What do you need to know? The automated assistant toll-free phone number is 1-800-658-3660. You can only check balance and available credit with this toll-free number. If you want to make a payment by check or speak to a person you must call 650-696-1730. Call early in day to get a person quickly. If you call later in the day the wait is soemtimes very long and it's not toll-free. The reps are always freindly and will any questions. Let me know which question you need answered and I will tell what I know.
Oh Yea...the bank does have a web-site but it only services cards that it issues locally/regionally. The site contains absolutely no services or information for the card we have. http://www.firstnb.com/
