Thread: FIRST USA Chargeoff

Can a Chargeoff have 4 90+ late days on it? If you had stop paying wouldn't it go like this: 30 days past due 01, 60 days past due 01, 90 days past due 01, then chargeoff?

My report says 90 days past due 04.

Can this be right?

Is it safe to dispute ones marked transferred or sold or will it wake the new owners?

Is the OC First USA? Are they the only ones reporting the account?

Yes, FIRST USA is the OC. They are also the only one reporting it.

If FUSA is the only one reporting it then I would go ahead and dispute it with them.

I have contacted them, and all they say is they have sold the account.

Any great letters to deal with this?
