Thread: Have you tried Lending Tree.com?

Anyone deal with LendingTree.com? Do they work with people with lower scores or with a prev BK? How was your experience with them?

we thought aboput trying them, but decided to go FHA. Our scores averaged 550 when we bought our house.

I actually just tried them to refinance the truck (we talked about in another post) and anyway one offer has come back at 11%, we have the 16.99 currently and 3yr old BK, scores around 620.

Im waiting to see what else will come back, otherwise I will defiantly accept the 11% for now, I need to get away from the other loan sharks. I wanted anything under 12% but would love under 10%

We got our house thru VA, at 6.875% right before the rates dropped again. We locked in 1 week too early. :(

when you use lending tree, is only one copy of your report pulled, or do all the different lenders pull a copy. I'm assuming that just lendingtree pulls a copy, but just wanted to make sure. Also, if thats the case, do they pull all 3? Thanks!
