Thread: Here they go again!

I just recieved a new collection letter from Northland Group regarding another alleged debt, this time from MBNA. The letter shows the oc with the account number. However the account number I have in my records show a different number. The first 6 digits of the 16 digit # are the same but that's it. I think I may just have them attempt to validate this one. My guess is they'll botch this one up. Does anyone know if Northland is an affiliate of Sherman "Accusations"(pun intended)?

My search on the net has resulted in finding about 6 affiliates of Gulf State/Sherman/Northland etc. I also find that they don't like to screw with validation because they never have original docs. Tomorrow I am sending them a validation letter and we'll see what happens after the 30 days.
