Thread: Home ownership here I come!

My Realtor just called back and the sellers have accepted our first offer!!! We are set to close on March 27th and I get to take possession on the 29th!

I can't believe 6 mo ago I had two credit card with a total of 1250 in CL and scores in the high 500's now I have several card all over 1500 limits, scores just below 700 (real FICO) and a contract to buy my first home! All because of the people who are willing to be helpful on this site, and those who used to be.

It feels great, but it is also scarry as hell! when you look at the dollar amounts and the time involved.

I have started paying for inspections and things, so I know I am screwed for real now!
