What exactly are you trying to accomplish? It looks like you've already paid the ATT&T bill, but the Comcast bill is still unpaid and in collections. Have you sent a DV letter to ERC concerning the Comcast account? Have you disputed inaccuracies through the CRAs? Those are good places to start if you're interested in trying to get the accounts removed from your credit reports. If you give us some more detailed info. about what you're trying to accomplish, perhaps we can give some better guidance as well.
