I got my Cr from tu and i found a listing from a utility company peoples energy "said placed for collection"
for $190.26 and when i called they told me that i have two(2) account that are delinquent one from 1990 for $20.75 and the other one that i mentioned earlier and they gave me the addresses that they reporting on. i lived at the first address back in 1990
but i don't remember owing them,it could be since i lived there 13 years ago,but they claim that i owe 190.26 on account with a commercial address that's what they told me and when i asked them for the name of the business they said they only have my name and my SSN, i never worked at that address before .what is the best and fast way to clear this problem i'm buying a house by jun of this year
i could pay the whole amount if i have to just to get it off my record.
    THANK YOU

That is highly illegal re-ageing of the listing. The maximum time they can report it is 7 years from the date the account went delinquent.
On top of that the bill should be outlawed under your state's statute of limitations (SOL) for the time for them to bring suit. You can probably sue them for illegal collection activity, and maybe bring a tort suit for intentional interference with credit expectancy as well.
