Sent dispute letter to CA in August,,03 got busy , remained unorganized and didn't follow up with validation letter after no response from CA re dispute. Is it ok to send Validation letter now, 5 months after original dispute letter? Should I send "dispute" letter to CRA's now as well or should I start all over with another dispute letter. The debt is a bogus debt, a 108.00 colection for a video that company says I never returned. I know for a fact I did. I am very dedicated to my cause now and have the time and tenacity to fight!
