Let me first start by saying that I love this site.

I am currently in escrow for a home, but I am finding that the bank will not lend me the money based upon my FICO of 645. I need to get it to 690 to get approved.

I have had a couple of charge offs and collections that are ruining my score. I have spent countless hours over the last couple of weeks calling on each of these account to get a letter stating that the derogatory was their fault so that I can submit the letters for a quick score for the bank. I have been unsuccessful thus far.

I just found this site and I have been reading some of the posts. Would a service such as Apex's be a good idea to raise my score or eliminate some of the derogatory items? Could they do it very quickly?

I am desperate. I have $10K in deposit that I could lose, not to mention the house itself.
