I have used TruCredit for about 3 months, now and I am wanting to stop it. The only thing I find is a phone number, but every time I call, I am on hold indefinitely.........no one ever comes back, and I just can't be on hold that long. Is there a way to opt out in the mail or on-line? I can't find any info on it on their website.
I have true crecit and it's taken out of my checking.on my bank statement it list them and with it it has a phone number and i had no problem connecting with them.
I don't know. I have it billed to my credit card. I use the number they give on their website and just have had no luck. I changed the billing card to one that expires this month.......maybe it will cancel automatically???????
Your credit card transaction on the statement should show their phone #. If not just call your credit card co. and tell them that you have no way of disputing the charge with that merchant and to consider any future charges by them as a fraudulent transaction.
Is this the number that you called? 800-493-3292 This is the number that pops up when my automatic payment comes out of my account. Hope it helps!
What time of day are you calling? When I called them to cancel my account I did have to hold for a few minutes, but it wasn't very long.
