I need info on what i can do. I have used this board to get my credit score from 535 in 2006 to 704 in april 2008. I have an hsbc card (among 5 other hsbc accounts) whicj they closed on me citing "DEROGOTARY INFORMATION REPORTED ON MY CREDIT REPORT" nothing has changed since they issued the card to me about 18 monthsd ago. EXCEPT that my credit score went up about 75 points and I got a mortgage loan with my credit union for $410K. I don't care about losing the credit but i hate for my credit report to show closed by grantor. Any suggestions?>\ Thanks Dawn
Maybe Innovis was neglected during the repair process? Otherwise, you and they ought to be seeing the same things on your reports. Did they tell you which CRA to contact? Could there be a little file mixing going on?
You need to contact them and find out what the derogatory information was, and which report it was on.
