Thread: I hate hate hate EXPERIAN!

I sent in a UDF form from the CA saying the account must be deleted. EQ and TU deleted last week. EXP put the damn thing in dispute. What the heck is to be disputed? It clearly says delete, account placed in error. I'm calling later. EQ tried to tell me she'd put it in dispute for me, and I specifically told her NO. It was deleted later that day. I was waiting to apply to refinance my car this week, and now I can't until EXP finishes it's stupid investigation. If they verify, I'm going to sue everyone in that company, including the janitors!! ;)

On Monday, call EX. Ask to speak to Kim Hughes. She has been very helpful on things like this for me.

thanks, I will. Do I just call the regular 800 #. I know why they are doing this (besides the fact that they're stupid!) I faxed the form in, and they faxed me a notice saying I couldn't use that fax number. So, I faxed another letter saying that obviously it was an EXP fax, and that a rep gave it to me to expedite the deletion, and they need to take care of it. Apparently they didn't like that very much! LOL Oh well, at least we know the fax number works! ROFL I'll call her on Monday. Thank you!

Kim is in the "Special Handling" dept of Customer Service. I can only use her because I had a very good and very serious threat to sue. It took them 60 days to delete a paid tax lien but they eventually did it.

I haven't taken myself out of "Special Handling" because sometimes it is just easier to work with one single person! Noone else is allowed to touch my bureau but her.
