If a judge finds a bad debt to be invalid, can I get it removed from credit report?

A debt collector filed a lawsuit against me related to a landlord-tenant dispute I had. This was reported to the 3 credit bureaus and I filed dispute with the credit reporting bureaus. The dispute process is rigged and they sided with the debt collector (Apparently in a dispute the only thing the credit bureau does is not review the facts but call up the debt collector and ask if the debt is valid. If the debt collector says "yes" - which of course they will - the credit bureau favors them).

I have a court date set for several weeks. I met with an attorney who agreed given the facts and contract that I had a very good case for not owing the creditor due to a breach of contract.

My question is if the judge sides with me and declares the debt to be baseless and invalid will I be able to get the negative information removed from my credit report by the 3 credit reporting bureaus. The value of the alleged debt is a small amount, relatively speaking but my credit score plummetted from over 800 to below 650, which greatly affects things for me. I already disputed the debt once to the credit reporting agencies, and I know you are allowed to only dispute it once. However, that was before it was set for trial and now I'm wondering if the judge finds in favor of me if I can have the credit reporting agencies remove it or if it is there permanently?

Yes but it takes expert disputing.

So I would start with a simple dispute, INVALID DEBT.

No frills, play close to the vest.

Next, I would add on to the simple dispute. Adjudicated as invalid debt.

I would keep adding more (without submitting proof as long as you can.)

After the DF verifies the information a few times, then I would send them a letter that they have violated the FCRA, x number of times on your number of credit reports, and violated the FDCPA for reporting false credit information.

I would ask them for damages of ((x*y)+1)*1,000.

Now, since they have nothing to win, and thousands to lose, hopefully they will ask me for a quick we'll delete settlement. If I give them 30 days to reply, and haven't filed. I would take that, as long as they quickly make sure that it is deleted.

Will you come back and let us know how your day in court went with the collection agency nowenhance? Did you prevail? And if so, were you successful in removing the negative marks from all 3 of your credit reports?

If you have other questions too, I'd be happy to try and help. I've been involved with some tenant/landlord disputes that went to court before as well, so perhaps I could provide some insight.
