Thread: Inflating scores with disputes

Just curious...disputed last 3 derogs with eq (CSC). Wondering how long it takes to mark them as disputed if I called it in. I want to pull a fico, but dont want to waste the $ if it doesnt show as disputed for a few days. Also, it is a good way to verify theu actually put the items in dispute. I'm pretty sure these will all stay until SOL, but all the accounts still show a balance (3 small collection accounts) so at least they will zero out since they are paid. Confirmed with eq that they will not update dates to reset clock.

Also, does anyone pull eq that is strictly score driven? <grin>

I've had a dispute appear as quickly as the next day (also a done over the phone with EQ).
