    WOW... good ammo. If their position is that they should be reported then why aren't they reported???

    Nice to fax over to Equifax attys with settlement info... after all, what better evidence than Equifax's own position ;) Better proves willful noncompliance!

    Great article. :)

    It definitely shows proof just how inaccurate and phony FICO scores are and how they reduce the consumers chance of success in the credit world. Unreal.

    No, Sadly it's real:
    Just what I have been saying all along here.
    Some folks around here have chosen to dismiss the facts by calling me paranoid.
    Anyway it don't much matter what I'm called - the harsh reality remains.
