Hi jacquig..
I recall you saying that you had an optima secured and you got the optima platinum based on that history. could you tell me how did you apply for the platnium .. was it by phone internet , mail ?? I wanna know so that if denied I could ask the rep for an override..

Not Jacqui but Geo10 told me on 1/5/01 that he once had a secured card and now doesn't. Look down the page.

They(Centurion Bank) tell you to apply for
an optima platinum and if your are denied you
have to call again to them and then they override the decision and approved you, I applied for the optima platinum but just got the optima with a 1000 unsecured credit line.

...You have to apply by phone.
