Has anyone seen the new online JCPenney for account review. Well, they have a link that you can click on for Credit Line Decrease. Ha! I was looking for Credit Line Increase, no where to be found. Maybe they don't want to increase customer accounts anymore. I thought this was strange.

    Hello Kitty,

Yes you can request for a credit line increase with the automated service I did it that way but make sure you account is at least 4 months old before you make the request otherwise it will be decline.... I started with a $500 CL and when I make a request to have it raise it raise it to $2000 I don't really use this card much... but if you have good credit they will extend as much as they can to you.... good luck let me know what happens.... I think the number to call is 800-542-0800 and press request for a credit line increase.....

    Re: JCPenney

Opened my card in April with a $500 cl. Requested an increase on automated line and got another $1000. We have an outlet store in my town, so it's nice to go there and get things for the house.
