Simple question for anyone who would know...(thank you again in advance!)... On joint cc's and even cc's with an AU...when the first letter comes to each of us separately from the CA, do we both have to send back a CRRR letter for validation? (same question for a C&D letter?) My concern is that if only one of us sends back a letter, they might persue the other as if we didn't respond...
