Hey Guys, I have a paid/satisfied (due to a wage garnishment) judgement from a CO last summer. The OC from the judgement is reporting the date that the last garnishment was made which was 8/2013 as the date of last payment for the charged off account. Is this common? Maybe I'm "reaching" a bit here but it seems like the CO account should have the original date of last payment which was in 2011. Instead of being re-aged from the judgement. Technically I didn't make any payments to them in 2013. The courts garnished my wages for the alleged full balance. Maybe I'm way off base here. This is the first judgement that I've faced.
