Judgement 7 year rule I have a paid judgement that was filed on 12/95 and paid 10/96. For credit reporting purposes, when does this expire? Should I be looking at the 180 period after it charged-off in March of 1995? or do I go by the file or paid date? I live in Ohio. Thanks!
