Here is what not to do when trying to clean up your report :: NEVER do a 2nd dispute saying NOT MINE when they are still in the process of investigation. I had about 5 days left to go on the 30 day investigation, and since it didn't show up on my report as "in dispute" I disputed again. THEY REOPENED FOR AN ADDITIONAL 30 DAYS THE BASTARDS!! I just gave the court and additional 30 days to reply because I was impatient... (just so you know, it will be deleted on Jan 2nd) I called up the CRA and got this info after the fact.
