To all Junum users: I wanted to let you all know about the new web site and Junum disputing positive trades. I checked into my account and on MyJunum.com and they list some disputes as having gone out on the 13th of June. For the TU disputes they listed 3 POSITIVE tradelines that were disputed on the 13th. I got a little worried and called them and found out that in REALITY THE POSITIVES WERE NOT DISPUTED. The Web site has had some data entry problems and they are correcting them....if you have any errors like these (mine were on the credit enhancement page listing disputes but you should check everything) you should call Junum and have them update the website information for your account. Bottom line, she read me the actual disputes that Junum sent and there were NOTHING BUT NEGATIVE items they were disputing. The new web site simply has some data problems that are not affecting your actual account. -Dave
Unfortunately, mine wern't data problems on the site. I have recieved confirmation from two of the CRA's that the two positve tradelines were indeed disputed, with one deleted. I'm giving them another shot though. Just re-ordered my reports to send in and found out that Equifax is FINALLY investigating so no report from them until it's done.
Same thing happened to me, JZilla. Sylvia told me it was true, but not to worry, since they would most likely be reported again if they were deleted, or they would just be verified. I also got a cut and paste copy of my "log" from a rep there via e-mail when I wrote to confirm this.
