Thread: Junum - Voleran!

In my reply to my Junum cancellation letter recently, the originating email address was bpowers@voleran.com. I did not note this previously and was curious as to their affiliation. I found some interesting information on their website, that I was not aware of. If anyone posted the website previously I missed it.

Affiliated with Junum. It describes itself as a "debt exchange" program. It gives me the impression that much of the debt would be reaged under the method they use.

I will paraphrase the interesting parts....

"The Company anticipates that it may be the target of litigation from one or more of the national credit bureaus, consumer credit providers, consumer advocates and/or competitors. I had never heard of Voleran. Perhaps they are trying to separate different portions of the company to be excluded from any possible lawsuits.

Tha's just a disclaimer, they have to put anything that might impact on them negativly in the statement, even if it's an asteroid strike.
