Thread: Just got off the phone with Equi...

and they said that they were deleting a few of my student loan accounts on the spot, but we will see when I pull the report tonight.

Well...finally they got word from the gurantor to remove the lates from my account. They did that but left the default and collection status on there. So I called them this morning and told them that they partially update me, they said they would re-invesitgate....I said " hecky naw"....I am not going thru another 30 days with you guys again, I need this update today. I was put on hold for a couple minutes and the young lady came back and said that she could delete them. I didn't want them deleted, but updated to "pays as agreed" with no default listed, but hey...I stopped there and will take that over them messing it up further.
