Mr. Villaseñor's note before his name on his posts is an oft quoted phrase- I thought I'd point out it's original source:

You know I must admit the more I read your posts (and email), the more I appreciate your understanding of certain issues (kudos, definitely). Truly, you’ve touched on the REASON I always sign “Keep The Faith” because dealing with credit disputes and related issues, clearly requires it!

Whether one is working with a credit professional or going it alone. The steadfast belief that one’s objective CAN be achieved is paramount, a prerequisite to success! I’m, obviously, pleased at least one person understands the concept and so too perhaps many others.
