Cross Country Bank will not delete the last derog i have on all 3 of my Credit reports. Under any circumstances. they told me that they believe its accurate, and they cannot delete it. Although its not mine, I have even offered to pay them the amount they say was charged off. just to get it off. Since they will not delete it. and Its a pretty bad TL. Not even the intent to sue letter has changed their mind. they told me to sue them. At this time i cannot get any decent prime card with a charge off on my Credit report. When i apply for credit in the future can i request that a person review my Report manually, and understand that this is an identity fraud that they will nto remove, and see that i have a perfect history dating back to 1993. are their any prime cards that offer this., or are they all simply score driven,??

Simple answer, follow up your intent to sue letter, and Do it.. It is the only way it appears they will change their mind regarding your account.

I'll second that. See Nelson v. chase Manhattan Bank for some ideas as to where you can go with this type of thing.

Get a copy of that case printed out and take it to some attorneys and you should have little trouble getting an attorney to take it on a fee contingency basis.
