    Lawsuit

I can't remember the suit that I need to reference. It was the one where the person was awarded 80k or some amount like that. Can someone help me out. I changed laptops and I don't have the bookmark anymore. Thanks in advance.

They never take it off the report when we make it right so why should we take it off the docket when they do?

could you give a bit more info on what the case pertained to?

or do you know of at least one party involved and if it was a federal case?

I think it was federal. It was a lady who had a CC company not validate a debt that was her ex's and she had a problem with a mortgage so she was awarded damages.
