Thread: Lawsuits for clients who hire CA's

Can you sue a person or company for hiring a collection agency who willingly violates the laws trying to collect a debt for their client??

What would the reason be and how would you state such in a lawsuit??

I have heard this could be done but I don't know the specifics.
