Can you sue a person or company for hiring a collection agency who willingly violates the laws trying to collect a debt for their client??

What would the reason be and how would you state such in a lawsuit??

I have heard this could be done but I don't know the specifics.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Thanks!

Re: Lawsuits for clients who hire CA's

Does anyone know where this is stated in legalese so that it could be used in a letter to the OC? Thanks
