Does anyone know the contact person's name at TU for an "intent to sue" letter?

Not sure if this helps. I have the same question, as I would like to send them a intent to sue as well.
I guess I'll send mine to the top two names on the list. I got this off another board.

Thanks so much, Candi! That is EXACTLY what I needed. I think I skip Mr. Richman--though very polite, not very helpful.

What does your issue revolve around? Maybe we can compare notes offline.

    My email is on,

    Lisa,
Mainly an account that has been re-inserted three times now (without notice) but other things as well. I think I'll mention the fact that accounts are not noted as "in dispute" as required and the fact that they dont investigate inq. What drives me crazy is that every time they re-insert this account my score drops between 150-200 points. The account is 4 years old. I think when they show the "updated" date it looks like the date of last activity. Why else would it cause that kind of a score change? When it was first deleted I only gained 26 points.
You can email me if you want and we can swap progress reports and information.
