Lisa, Mainly an account that has been re-inserted three times now (without notice) but other things as well. I think I'll mention the fact that accounts are not noted as "in dispute" as required and the fact that they dont investigate inq. What drives me crazy is that every time they re-insert this account my score drops between 150-200 points. The account is 4 years old. I think when they show the "updated" date it looks like the date of last activity. Why else would it cause that kind of a score change? When it was first deleted I only gained 26 points.
