If you're looking for a mortgage on Lending Tree.com, does it count as a mortgage inquiry or just a general credit inquiry? Thanks...

    Re: Lending Tree.com and inquiry

It went on mine as a general inquiry and each lender hurt me! (There were 3 and one, Credco, put it on twice!) I've argued until I can't argue anymore...finally 2 years in Sept!

    Re: Lending Tree.com and inquiry

    Thanks,

I was in the middle of sending an app with them and figured I better check with you guys first. I'm glad I didn't send it through. I hope wha tthey say is correct concerning mortgage inquires and doing them within a certain amount of time and only counting as one inquiry. We finally got a new head coach....

They never take it off the report when we make it right so why should we take it off the docket when they do?

I saw you had a new coach! What a loss with Bowman! :( He looks like a pitbull! (No offense to any Pitbulls!)

Glad you are avoiding the multiple inquiries!
