Thread: Length at Redidence

I will have lived in my current Apt 3 years in April. I want to move then. My credit is not good enough yet for me to buy a home. How will moving to another Apt and living there for a year affect my credit rating? I know you get more points for length at address.

eboni, unless you lived at your residence for 5+ years or longer, you dont get any points from the lender in this category for stability. Move. It really wont matter.

Sometimes it says current address_____years
then previous address_____years
