This is what I get when I try to pull my report now:

Earlier today I got the same crap, except that was due to "maintenance" while this time it's due to "high volumes".

For whatever it's worth we were able to pull the report and score for both of us through CreditWatch at about 8:40 EDT. Went through normally.

    Saar,

This happened to me the other day. Call the 800# for internet support. They can push the order through. If not, you will have to wait 24hrs. for the problem to clear up.

Thanks. Is it an excessive INQ thing, designed to stop me from joining the 45-day club?

I don't think so, I only have a total of 53 inquiries and the others that are in the 45day club have alot more than that! Probably just a glitch in their system-who knows. :)

Saar, that is exactly the message I got several weeks ago when I couldn't get in. I called the cs # and they ended up changing my username and since then it's been fine.

    Ok, I called.

They said my file has become too long, and offered to send paper reports for a while. I declined. When they asked why, I said I'll detail my reasons in a lawsuit. They said hold on... your report can now be viewed online.

I logged in, and whaddya know, I can now access my report online again.

    Saar,

Forgive my ignorance, but 45-day club reference escapes me...is using the website vs. getting mailed forms a deletion of inquiries issue, a convenience issue, or something else entirely?

    TIA, Dave

Pulling lots of times online seems to trigger removal of hard INQs in reverse order, so that eventually, any hard INQ older than 45 days is removed. That's the theory.

I have never dispute any INQ with EFX, they just auto removed 16 last mos. Your theory would be the fact of the matter.

Now, I just got one left on EFX ! That said, it's my third invitation, suppose to be a no pulling report....

Like GEORGE said...they don't care! They pulled a HARD!

I'm getting the same thing when I tried to pull a report today. I wonder how long it'll take to fix this one...

I'm getting that now too. How long did it take to fix, or is it fixed?

My inquiries are now stuck at 108. The problem is each day they are now bumping other equifax disclosures only and are ignoring the hard inquiries. I wonder if something was changed. IT is also ignoring all AR,PRM,ect soft inquiries.

I guess the system wasn't lying! (where it says it will capture my order - it never did email me though) When I just checked it, it did have a new report for me. I wonder if it was because I sent support a complaint.

My hard inquiries ARE disappearing though. That's why I was upset it stopped working, I have about 4 hards that should go away in the next week or so, and today the first of those came off...

Just got my FUSA Kiss card today.. :)

What a bummer, it's been "capturing my order" for two weeks now, still haven't had any reports online.

Last paper report they sent me I had 107 inq total...

Just curious if you have tried emailing support? I have no idea if they manually fixed my problem, but I'm guessing they did. If you haven't, give it a try.

When you receive the error message about System unavailable due to high demand, check your report listing again.

    It might already be there.

Sometimes the errors Equifax returns are erratic, sure, it might be actually be overwhelming demand but it tends to fix itself pretty quickly.

How are they just removing inquiries? Doesnt want to be the slow one on the bandwagon. Am I missing some type of trick or secret in dealing with Equifax. I have to use CSC out of Houston but I use Equifax.com to get my reports.

Any suggestions on how I can get in on the fun as well? :)
