I recently enrolled with Lexington, as I have several stubborn items that despite my best tries I have not been able to have removed.

    First Report: Experian

    Prior to Lexington:

AAFES/Military Star Card. Charged off, numerous lates.

    AFCA: Paid Charge off

Providian: Acct Sold to another agency - Charge off

    PG&E: Paid Collection

    King Credit: Paid Collection

Chrysler Financial 4 30 day lates

Capital One (2 accts) One acct 1 30 day late, One acct 2 30 day lates.

I asked Lexington to work on the AAFES, AFCA, PROVIDIAN, PG&E and Kings Credit.

    -------------------------------------
    After first Round (Experian only)

AAFES/Military Star (by far my worst account) - removed.

    AFCA - Removed
    ------------------------------------
I had one Cap One changed with a goodwill letter, I just mailed a goodwill letter on the second.

    ----------------------------------

I had initially sent a Tri Merge report and they only sent a dispute to Experian on the first round. When I inquired about 3 weeks later why the others were not disputed, they apologized and waived the fee for the second month.

They are also going to use their "On Demand" for me that they just started offering, which from the vague description sounds like they "Validate" with the creditor. I will keep everyone up to date on what happens with them as time passes.

    -----------------------------------------
I was somewhat suprised that One of the disputes came back verified, one is still pending, although 30 days is up (Which I will discuss handling with them when I get the hard copy). Despite my worst account being removed and one paid collection the score jump was only 16 points.

Does it sound normal to anyone to have only a 16 point score jump on Experian (I know it isn't FICO) from two negatives being removed?

Congrats on the deletions. I think you'll find that as more are deleted, the resulting score increase will be larger. Removing 2 of 5 or 6 will bring only a small increase due to the fact that you still have several remaining. You will most likely see a larger increase with future deletions as fewer are left remaining.
